PMAID Consulting Group was founded by highly skilled project managers with many years of global experience managing projects and programs of various sizes and complexities, using both Traditional PMI methodologies and Agile frameworks.

Our consultants have worked with organizations such as Bell Canada, Rogers, Hydro One, Thales, Comverse, Scalar Decisions, and several police agencies, among others. We have partnered with clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.

We believe that the true value of professional project management is often underestimated. As a result, many complex projects are led by industry professionals who are experts in their field but have minimal formal project management training or practice.
